About The Lunch Box

Sharing a meal brings people together.
The Lunch Box provides nutritious, chef-prepared meals in a welcoming environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. More than simply serving food, The Lunch Box creates opportunities for neighbors to connect, build relationships, and experience community.
Every meal reflects Dutchess Outreach’s belief that healthy food and meaningful human connection go hand in hand.
About The Pantry

The Pantry is a self choice, grocery shopping environment and offers a variety of fresh produce, dairy, proteins, pantry staples, and other nutritious foods to help individuals and families prepare healthy meals at home.
More than a place to pick up groceries, The Pantry reflects Dutchess Outreach’s commitment to providing fresh food while creating a welcoming experience where every visitor feels valued.
As available, we prioritize fresh, locally sourced food through partnerships with Hudson Valley farms and community organizations.

ABOUT THE Farm Stand

Three times each month, our free Farm Stands bring an abundance of fresh produce and pantry staples directly into the community, with locations in the Town of Poughkeepsie and at the Family Partnership Center. Like our Pantry, Farm Stands are centered on choice, giving guests the opportunity to select the foods they enjoy and that work best for their households.
Through our collaboration with the Regional Food Bank of the Hudson Valley and relationships with local farms, our Farm Stands connect more neighbors with an abundance of fresh, nourishing food. Each Farm Stand reflects our vision for food access: one rooted in choice, abundance, equity, and the strength of a connected community.

About Food FARMACY

Access to nutritious food plays an important role in overall health and well-being.
At Dutchess Outreach, we believe everyone should have access to the foods and resources that help them live healthy lives.
In collaboration with Northwell Health, our Food Farmacy initiative connects neighbors with nutritious foods and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who provide personalized nutrition education and support. By pairing reliable access to healthy food with expert guidance, participants are supported in making lasting dietary changes that can improve health outcomes and promote long-term wellness.
By addressing food insecurity and health together, we’re removing barriers to good nutrition, expanding equitable access to support, and building stronger, healthier communities throughout Dutchess County.
About the Mobile Food Pantry
Mobile Food Pantry
Transportation and distance shouldn’t stand between people and access to nutritious food.
Our Mobile Food Pantry brings fresh produce, pantry staples, and other groceries directly to Amenia, helping expand food access for neighbors in eastern Dutchess County. By meeting people closer to where they live, the Mobile Pantry helps reduce geographic and transportation barriers while creating a reliable, welcoming place to access quality food.
Through collaboration with Sun River Health, we’re helping ensure that distance doesn’t determine who has access to the food they need.

The Susan DeKeukelaere Memorial Coat Drive
