“I’m impressed with the breadth and quality of services Dutchess Outreach provides, and their ability to do so using mostly volunteers.” – Dutchess Outreach volunteer

The work we set out to accomplish here at Dutchess Outreach would not be possible without the support and commitment of our force of volunteers. In 2022, there were 1,000 volunteers, 2,000 volunteer opportunities and over 13,000 volunteer hours across all of our programs.

There are not enough ways to express our gratitude to our community.

Interested in volunteering? Please review our Code of Conduct and Lunch Box Handbook prior to completing a volunteer interest form.

FALL  2022

Without our dedicated force of community volunteers, Dutchess Outreach would not be able to provide the range of vital services necessary to the residents of Dutchess County.

Volunteers help us through all of our programs. From individuals, families, community groups, local organizations and businesses, school clubs, religious groups, and more, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities available.

Looking for a team-building opportunity to engage your organization? Make a difference in your community, volunteer as a group!

Please review our Volunteer Policy and Code of Conduct Manual and Lunch Box Handbook.

If you’re interested in volunteering at the Lunch Box, please watch This Lunch Box Volunteer Orientation Video prior to completing the volunteer form.

All volunteers are required to complete the Sexual Harassment Training.  The training video is 25 minutes.  All links and materials will be provided to you before your scheduled volunteer shift.
