Food/Personal Hygiene Donations
We ask that donors call in and make an appointment to drop off donations and that at least 3 BUSINESS DAYS advance notice is given. If at all possible, donors are encouraged to count and value the items before they bring them.
The times to drop off with an appointment are:
- Food Pantry: Call 845-454-3792 or email teresa@dutchessoutreach.org to make an appointment.
- Lunch Box: Call 845-454-3792 and ask to be transferred to the Lunch Box or email chefdave@dutchessoutreach.org to make an appointment.
- Drop off times: We ask that you please do not drop off items when our lunch service is taking place between 11:15 am- 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday
Our most needed items are (As of July 1, 2025):
FOOD ITEMS: Baby food, formula, peanut butter, jelly, canned meat (tuna, etc.), and spaghetti sauce.
PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS: Menstrual supplies (pads and tampons), diapers (all sizes), baby wipes, soap/body wash, shampoo/conditioner (all ethnicities), laundry detergent, and paper towels.
